Do you have a reseller program? Our products are designed to be resold, the control panel includes client level logins / reporting and we even offer an API to integrate client login / reporting on your website! However we do not offer any exclusive reseller opportunities. Do you offer volume discounts? Yes volume discounts start at 50 units contact us for our current pricing Do you provide unbranded documentation for resellers? No we do not Do you license the control panel for use on other servers? No we do not Can I rebrand your systems? Yes our systems do not have any branding on them and our control panels are branded to your company How fast are the campaign updates from the remote control panel? Our units (when connected to the internet) will check the server every 15 minutes for any campaign updates, and will upload their records every 5hrs. Does your system work with Iphone? Iphone does not possess the capability to receive files via bluetooth, so unfortunately no system can deliver an advertisment to the Iphone. Does your system work with BlackBerry Phones? Yes our system does work with BlackBerry phones but Blackberry phones are unique and demand a pairing code (4 zeros) and the user must click "media" then "photos" then "device memory" then select "receive via bluetooth" to put the Blackberry in "waiting for file transfer" mode . Note: Verizon Blackberry phones may be crippled by Verizon to either recieve nothing or only receive a vcard. What types of files can I send ? We do not restrict file types, our only restriction is a 3mb maximum file size as most phones will timeout trying to download such a large file (20k max file size is recommended) We also recommend always sending a vcard file first as this is the most widely accepted file type (Verizon and some other carriers cripple some devices so they can ONLY receive a vcard. What is a vcard ? Vcards are virtual business cards that you can create by creating a contact in MS Outlook and choosing the "save as" to save it as a vcard. Vcards can contain email and website addresses, phone numbers , notes text, and when accepted by the user will normally get added to the phone address book or contact list. What is an API? API stands for Advanced Programming Interface which allows you to access your control panel data through your own website so your clients can login at your website to view their records and we become totally invisible. Do you have sample API pages? Yes you can request them after you purchase from us, our samples can be placed in any folder on your website (server must have php) and will immediately function with no branding from us. The pages are very generic but ready for your logos and branding. Do you have a list of phones that don’t and do work with your systems? No, with nearly 70,000 differnet phone models in the market place this simply is not possible. If a phone can recieve a file via bluetooth we can send to it, it is that simple! Does your system offer random coupons or lottery coupons ? Sorry not at this time. Can I use the remote display feature over the internet ? No this will not function at the user level over the internet, our support team can do this however the remote display is not designed to work over the internet for users, users can however access it when the BlueCastBox is on the same lan ( local area network) as the user. What is your lead time for orders? Small orders typically ship same day or next day, larger orders are quoted but normally can be turned around in a matter of days. Our manufacturing system is capable of 400 units per day. What is your warrantee policy ? We offer a 1 year replacement warrantee for workmanship and defects and 1 year of software upgrades/support. Do you provide telephone support? No, we have a helpdesk on our website that is manned from 7am - 7pm EST Mon - Fri, we manage all support requests through the helpdesk, however our systems are quite easy to use and rarely require support requests. Can I get a Free Demo? Unfortunately we get this request multiple times per day and our experience is that the demos never get returned What is your return policy? Every unit is built to order and and hard coded to the users control panel, due to this hard configuration, all sales are final we do not offer a return policy.
